1. About Purple Wall Travel Co.

Purple Wall Travel Co. is an independent travel agency specializing in vacation planning services, including Disney destinations, Universal destinations, cruises, resorts, family vacations, and other travel experiences.

Our role is to provide personalized travel planning assistance, recommendations, and booking support. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, theme parks, tour operators, and other travel providers.

2. Travel Planning Services

Purple Wall Travel Co. provides travel consultation, itinerary planning, destination recommendations, reservation assistance, and ongoing support based on the information provided by the traveler.

Our goal is to create a vacation experience tailored to your preferences; however, we cannot guarantee availability, pricing, weather conditions, supplier policies, attraction experiences, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Travel recommendations are based on information available at the time of planning and may change due to updates from travel suppliers.

3. Client Responsibilities

By working with Purple Wall Travel Co., you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information, including names, birth dates, contact information, and any required documentation.
• Review all travel documents, confirmations, invoices, and reservation details carefully.
• Notify Purple Wall Travel Co. promptly of any errors or requested changes.
• Maintain valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, identification, and any required health-related documentation.
• Understand and comply with all policies, requirements, and restrictions established by travel suppliers.

Purple Wall Travel Co. is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the traveler.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Reservations

All pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and final payment requirements are determined by the individual travel supplier.

Prices and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed and required deposits or payments are received.

Travelers are responsible for meeting all payment deadlines. Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation, penalties, or loss of reservation availability.

Purple Wall Travel Co. does not control supplier pricing, fees, taxes, or policy changes.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Cancellation and modification policies vary by travel supplier.

Any cancellation requests, changes, or refund inquiries must be submitted according to the applicable supplier policies. Purple Wall Travel Co. will assist clients with navigating these processes; however, we cannot guarantee refunds, credits, or exceptions.

Some travel services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

6. Travel Insurance

Purple Wall Travel Co. strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment from unexpected circumstances, including illness, emergencies, delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other unforeseen events.

Travel insurance coverage varies by provider and policy. Travelers are responsible for reviewing coverage details and determining whether a policy meets their individual needs.

Purple Wall Travel Co. is not an insurance provider and cannot guarantee coverage, reimbursement, or claim approval.

7. Travel Supplier Terms and Conditions

All travel bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, rules, and policies of the applicable travel suppliers.

This may include policies regarding:

• Deposits and payments
• Cancellation and modification fees
• Resort and hotel policies
• Cruise requirements
• Airline policies
• Theme park rules
• Health and safety requirements
• Travel documentation requirements

By booking travel, clients acknowledge that they are also agreeing to the terms and conditions of the applicable suppliers.

8. Travel Delays, Disruptions, and Events Beyond Our Control

Purple Wall Travel Co. is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Transportation delays or cancellations
• Labor disputes
• Health emergencies
• Security concerns
• Changes made by travel suppliers

We will make reasonable efforts to assist clients during disruptions but cannot be held responsible for losses, expenses, or inconveniences caused by circumstances outside our control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or services provided by Purple Wall Travel Co. shall be handled according to applicable Tennessee laws.

15. Acceptance of Terms
